Health, Allergies, and Safety

Disclosure: It is the client's responsibility to inform the stylist/artist of any known allergies, skin conditions, sensitivities, or medical issues prior to the service.

 

Patch Tests: For certain hair coloring services or chemical treatments, a patch test may be required 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.

 

Contagious Conditions: To protect our staff and other clients, we reserve the right to refuse service if a client has a contagious condition (e.g., head lice, conjunctivitis, open sores).

 

Hygiene: We adhere to strict hygiene protocols. All tools are sanitized between clients.

Pricing and Payment

Currency: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

 

Payment Methods: We accept Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe), and major Credit/Debit cards.

 

Settlement: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

 

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of your booking (provided a deposit was paid) will be honored.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for canceling or rescheduling standard appointments.

 

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

 

No-Shows: Failure to arrive for an appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of % of the booked service value. Future bookings may require full prepayment.

Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other clients. The full service fee will still apply.

Services

Aure Studio provides professional hair, makeup, and styling services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion if we believe it compromises the safety or dignity of our staff or other clients.

Bookings and Appointments

Scheduling: Appointments can be made via phone, our official social media channels, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

 

Deposits: To secure a booking for bridal packages or major hair treatments, a non-refundable advance payment (deposit) of 50% is required.

 

Bridal Bookings: Bridal dates are not reserved until the advance payment has been received and a contract/booking confirmation is issued.
