Refunds are not applicable for changes in personal preferences or style choices once the service has been rendered.
• All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the service appointment.
Eligibility for Refund

Service Not Rendered: If the appointment was canceled by Aure Studio or if the service was not provided as scheduled.

Service Dissatisfaction: If the client is dissatisfied with the results due to a mistake or oversight on our part, and the issue is reported within 48 hours.
• Product Refunds: If products purchased directly from Aure Studio are defective or unopened, they may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must contact Aure Studio directly via phone or email with their booking details and reason for the refund request.

All requests will be reviewed by our management team.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.
Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued for services that have been completed as scheduled and meet the client's expectations.

Refunds will not be provided for cosmetic or style preferences that are subjective.

No refunds are available for services canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment unless due to emergencies.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients are encouraged to reschedule appointments at no extra cost if canceled more than 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee or may be non-refundable.
